Frequently asked questions
The Agency plan in March 2026 has no minimum term: billing is monthly at R$ 490 (BRL) via Pix or card. You may cancel anytime, subject to the Terms of Use and billing policy at checkout in production.
imobgo accepts XML feeds in formats common to Brazilian CRMs and portals. In production, fields such as title, price in R$, photos, address, and attributes (bedrooms, area, parking) map to create or update listings in bulk. The March 2026 demo does not persist imports on a server.
The Agency plan includes up to 20 agents with individual dashboard logins and CRECI details per platform rules. Above that limit, imobgo sales can discuss franchises and branches under a custom agreement.
XML import works with standard exports from major Brazilian real estate CRMs. As of March 2026 imobgo documents mappings for the most common feeds; dedicated API integrations are on the Agency plan roadmap based on B2B demand.
In your account under Plan and billing, use Cancel subscription before the monthly renewal. Pro or Agency access continues until the end of the paid period; listing data follows LGPD retention rules. The browser demo (localStorage) does not charge real fees.
